Past Competitions Include:

**MISL Workshop and Mini-Tournament at OCC – Orchard Ridge Campus. on Fri., September 22, 2017

Competition rounds run 9:30 – 1. (They must register.)

The workshop segment is FREE and welcomes students and coaches from any college or university in Michigan to attend and learn about speaking, competing and our organization.  Facilitators from various colleges and universities run workshops covering most of the events. (All our events are open to the general public, because anyone is welcome to come and learn.) The mini tournament segment includes only 4 of our usual events: Prose Interpretation, Dramatic Interpretation, Informative Speaking, and Impromptu speaking, and students from ANY MI college or university are welcome to compete.  Please contact Carole Bennett at cabennet@oaklandcc.edu for more info.
